Opened in 2001, equipped with mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging from 60 to 300 tons, the department has been expanded and enhanced over the years.
Some of the presses operate with automatic continuous feeding to accelerate stamping operations for large quantities. Today, among other machinery, we have a hydraulic shear and, in response to a local need in the Modena area, a vibratory deburring and polishing line for surface finishing including a washer, deburrer, and dryer.
